• Booking Confirmation: DJ bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit and signed agreement.
• Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary depending on the DJ and event. Details will be provided in the booking agreement.
• Event Requirements: The User is responsible for providing adequate space, power, and any other requirements specified by the DJ.
• Liability: The Site acts as an intermediary platform. The DJ is responsible for their own performance and any related liabilities.

3. Digital Content

• Ownership: All digital content (including but not limited to music tracks, mixes, and playlists) available on the Site is owned or licensed by the Site or its partners, including exclusive works by DJ Realtooreel.
• License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Prohibited Use: Users are strictly prohibited from: Reselling, redistributing, or sharing digital content.
  Uploading or sharing DJ Realtooreel's unique music and claiming it as their own.
  Using digital content for any commercial purpose without explicit permission.
  Attempting to circumvent any security measures protecting the digital content.
  
• Copyright: All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the digital content remain with the original owners.

4. Disclaimer

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
